Policies

Reservations

  • Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.
  • Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking.

Check In / Check Out

  • Check In: 3:00 p.m. MT
  • Check Out: 11:00 a.m. MT

Cancellations

  • Cancel within 48 hours after booking and receive a full refund.
  • Cancel 7 Days (before 3pm) prior to check-in and receive a 50% refund.
  • All service fees are non refundable.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION:

  • This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
  • If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a reservation is cancelled on or after May 1st, no refund is due.

Deposits

  • 20% deposit at time of booking (non-refundable)
  • Final payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.
  • A Cleaning Fee is collected at time of booking.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT:

  • This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
  • Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • A Final payment is due May 1st.

Smoking

  • No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.

Children

  • Children are welcome in this property.
  • Minors must not be left alone nor unattended on the property.

Pets

  • This is a pet-friendly property.
  • Pets must NOT be left alone, they have to be kenneled and owners are responsible for any damages.
  • Pets are not allowed to be on furniture nor beds.
  • The nonrefundable fee is $25 per pet/per night and it has to be paid at check in.
  • Damage caused and the resulting charges, i.e. carpet stains, wall damage, furniture damage, etc will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Onsite Parties & Events

  • Parties & events are limited to guests of the cottages only.
  • Our site amenities are reserved for guests of the cottages only.
